Privacy policy

Our privacy policy describes our practices for collecting and using personal data. We attach great importance to respect for privacy and the protection of personal data, and we undertake to put in place appropriate measures to guarantee the security of such data and to process and use it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular the RGPD and the French Data Protection Act.

ARTICLE 1: Responsibility for data collection

Data is collected by Natura. In accordance with Article 24 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, Natura is responsible for the management of this data. ARTICLE 2: Data collection and use

As the party responsible for data collection, Natura is required to collect, consult, use, modify, store, transmit and delete personal data for the purposes of its commercial and contractual activities. In accordance with Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the data collected concerns information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Natura undertakes to collect personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not to use such data in a manner incompatible with those purposes. The data collected is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected.

Data is collected directly from the persons concerned when they create a personal space.

ARTICLE 3: Data Hosting

The data collected and processed by Natura is stored in the European Union.

ARTICLE 4: Destination of the Data collected

Natura is the sole recipient of the data collected, and undertakes not to transmit such data to third parties unless required to do so by a court order.

ARTICLE 5: Data retention period

Data is kept for a period appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and may be kept for ten years after termination of the contractual relationship in order to comply with accounting and tax obligations.

ARTICLE 6: Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, each person has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and object to the processing of their personal data, as well as a right to the portability of such data. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, and since law no. 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016, can organise what happens to their data after their death.
