You have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return.

Our returns policy is designed to be simple and effective, taking into account the following situations:

ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Orders are processed quickly, usually within 24 hours.

You have 12 hours after placing your order to send us a cancellation or modification e-mail to sav@midlmarkets.com.

NON-RECEIPT OF PARCEL

The standard delivery time is 2 to 6 working days. However, some delays such as customs clearance or other logistical slowdowns can extend this time to 30 days.

If you have not received your item within 40 days, we will issue a full refund and you may keep the item if it arrives at a later date.

DISSATISFACTION WITH AN ITEM RECEIVED

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no problem!

You can return the item to us within 15 days of receipt.

ITEM DAMAGED ON RECEIPT

If your parcel has been damaged during delivery or if the item has a design fault, please contact us at sav@midlmarkets.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo or video of the damaged item.
